About me

Thanks for visiting my blog! My name is Ashley. I’m from Nashville, Tennessee but am currently living in East Tennessee with my husband and two dogs. I’ve been a teacher for 5 years, teaching both kindergarten and first grade. I love coffee, writing, cooking, baking, and spending time with friends and family. My husband and I also love to travel and be with our two mini goldendoodles, Peyton and Bogie.

I never had a desire to blog. I always thought if I was ever going to blog, my blog would center around teaching and the classroom. NEVER did I imagine I’d have so much to say about infertility. ¬†Infertility has been challenging. My hope is that our story can inspire and bring encouragement to at least one person. Maybe you’re about to visit a doctor for the first time, you’ve been trying for years, or your best friend just told you they’ve been keeping their battle a secret for a while and you just want to understand. Whatever the reasoning you’re visiting, I’m glad you’re here! While this blog is about infertility, it’s also about finding faith during the harder seasons of life. If you’re going through a tough season, this blog may very well be for you too!

Our journey with infertility has been a rollercoaster ride filled with lots of growth, learning, and some tears. I felt inspired to blog about it because I truly believe no one should walk through this alone. God has been so good to my husband and I through this struggle, and I’d love to share what we’ve learned and how we’ve made it through with you. If you’re currently struggling with infertility, I’d love to hear from you so I can pray for you! I hope this blog will encourage and inspire you.¬†
